-Must be unused and in the same condition as received.
-Defective items maybe approved for exchange.
-Non-refundable if worn, missing parts, or not in original condition.
BELTS
-30 days to request a refund or exchange.
-Belts must be unused and in the same condition as received.
-Non-refundable: Belt straps are cut to fit and may not be exchanged or returned if cut, worn, or missing parts.
HOLSTERS
-Lifetime Warranty for Quality & Fit. We will provide an exchange for defective products.
-Non-Refundable: We do not exchange or refund due to a change in firearm.
TASERS
-We do not accept returns or exchanges for TASER products.
-Defective or damaged products are covered under the manufacturers warranty. For warranty information visit the Taser Warranty Page.
STARTING A REFUND OR EXCHANGE
1.) Contact us through our contact us page. Include the following information:
- Customer Name, Address, & Order Date
- Product being returned
- Reason for return.
2.) We will send an email confirming return approval and the shipping instructions.
3.) After we receive and inspecting your returned products we will notify by email of your refund or exchange status.
4.) We will initiate a the refund to your original form of payment or the shipment of your exchanged item(s).

*All returned products must have been purchased directly from www.elegantandarmed.com, proof of purchase is required.
*Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, refunds do not include original shipping costs. *Every return situation is different and returns may need special shipment., therefore always contact us first. Returned products shipped without prior approval maybe denied a refund or exchange. Customer would need to pay shipping to have materials returned.
*Please do not send products back to manufacturer.
*Consider a tracking shipping service when returning products. We do not guarantee returned products lost or damaged during return shipment.
*Refunds are provided to the original form of payment or store credit..
*Refund Timing may take 1-2 weeks after receiving returned products.
