Shipping Area & Methods
We ship nationwide within the lower 48 states using standard services only: either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
Order Processing Time
We strive to ship orders within 0–2 business days after the order is placed.
*Custom IWB holsters require up to 3 business days to ship due to the custom molding and assembly required for each custom order.
Free & Flat‑Rate Shipping
Orders over $65 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $65 incur a flat shipping fee, displayed at checkout.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your package ships, we’ll email your tracking number. Please check the tracking info first regarding delivery status. We do not require a signature for delivery. After tracking shows “delivered,” responsibility shifts to the carrier.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order hasn't arrived:
- Please consult your tracking information first.
- If there’s no update or delivery 7 business days after shipping for USPS—or 24 hours past the expected delivery date for UPS—reach out to us via our Contact Page or email info@elegantandarmed.com.
Backorders & Inventory
We make every effort to keep inventory up‑to‑date, but occasionally items go out of stock after an order is placed. If that happens, we'll contact you to offer either:
- A refund, or
- The option to wait until the product is back in stock.
